Welcome to Union for Artists ("Platform"), a professional artist management and release tracking platform operated by Union Entertainment VOF ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Platform and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Platform, including Artists, Graphic Designers, and Administrators.
• "Artist" refers to a user who tracks releases, royalties, and financial reports.
• "Graphic Designer" refers to a user who creates and submits artwork.
• "Administrator" refers to a user who manages user accounts, release tracking, and royalty distributions.
• "Content" refers to artwork, metadata, and any materials uploaded to the Platform.
• "Platform" refers to the Union for Artists web and mobile applications.

3. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

• Release Tracking – Tools for artists to monitor their releases and associated data.
• Royalty Management – Automated royalty tracking, recoupment management, and financial reporting.
• Artist Services – Custom artwork design services and dashboard for tracking financial performance.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

5. Payment Terms and Conditions

• Users must provide valid payment details to receive royalty payouts.
• We are not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect information or provider issues.

6. User Obligations and Restrictions

• Users must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Any misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or termination.

7. Platform's Rights and Responsibilities

• We strive to maintain a secure and reliable Platform.
• We may modify or discontinue services at any time.
• We are not liable for third-party service failures.

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
• Upon termination, access to Platform services will be revoked.
